Overview This website is operated by 1derWorld. By visiting our site and purchasing from us, you agree to the following terms and conditions. These terms apply to all users of the site and are governed by the laws of India.

Section 1 – Online Store Terms By agreeing to these Terms of Service, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age, or that you are the age of majority in your state or territory, and have given us your consent to allow any minor dependents to use this site. You may not use our products for any illegal or unauthorized purpose. You must not transmit any worms, viruses, or any code of a destructive nature.

Section 2 – Pricing and Payment All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. Payments are processed securely via Razorpay. We accept UPI, Net Banking, Credit/Debit Cards, and Wallets. 1derWorld reserves the right to modify prices at any time without prior notice.

Section 3 – GST and Taxation We are registered with GST Number - 09AANCT0183H1Z2 and all applicable Goods and Services Tax (GST) is included in the product price or displayed separately at checkout as required under Indian tax law. A GST invoice will be provided for all orders upon request. For B2B purchases, please provide your GSTIN at the time of order.

Section 4 – Shipping and Delivery We currently ship within India only. Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to courier delays, public holidays, or unforeseen circumstances. 1derWorld is not liable for delays caused by third-party logistics partners. Risk of loss and title for items pass to you upon delivery.

Section 5 – Returns and Refunds Our return and refund policy is governed by our separate [Return and Refund Policy], which forms part of these Terms. Returns must be initiated within 3 days of delivery through your customer account or by contacting admin@1derworld.com.

Section 6 – Consumer Protection These Terms are subject to the Consumer Protection Act, 2019 (India) and the Consumer Protection (E-Commerce) Rules, 2020. As a consumer, you have the right to seek redressal for defective products or deficiency in services. For grievances, contact us at admin@1derworld.com.

Section 7 – Intellectual Property All content on this site — including images, text, logos, and product designs — is the property of 1derWorld and is protected under Indian intellectual property laws. Unauthorized use, reproduction, or distribution is strictly prohibited.

Section 8 – Limitation of Liability 1derWorld shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products beyond the purchase price of the product in question, to the extent permitted by applicable Indian law.

Section 9 – Governing Law and Dispute Resolution These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall first be attempted to be resolved through mutual negotiation. If unresolved, disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Gautam Buddha Nagar/
